Broker Price Opinion (BPO)

There are a number of circumstances in which a professional valuation of property is desired yet a formal appraisal is not required. In these circumstances, our Broker Price Opinion (BPO) service is ideal.

Christopher J. Cygul, PA is the premier BPO agent in Central Florida. He is fully capable of providing both interior and exterior BPO's. He is fluent with reporting information from a drive-by examination, external data sources, previous sales data, property assessment data, recent comparable sales and current neighborhood listings. Only full color proper resolution digital photographs of the subject property interior, exterior and of all street scenes are taken. All estimations of repairs to obtain fair market value are accurate, as well as the neighborhood information, and value estimates (90, 120, 180 day marketing time "as is" and "as repaired" values). All BPO orders are completed within 24-48 hours.
